Hoof Nippers--new smaller size available!
We added this superior professional hoof nipper last year, which was upgraded by the manufacturer.  12-inch and 15-inch models with beefed-up jaws and sharp cutting blades will get you through the toughest horn, eliminating the need for compound nippers.  Women who have tried these at my clinics have given this tool a "two thumbs up" for making the job easier.  12-inch model is suitable for ladies and men with smaller hands.  A superior product at a great price.  These are Diamond brand nippers made by the Cooper Tool Company.

Nipper Spring
We no longer carry the nipper spring because, due to a recent slight change in the nipper design, the spring no longer fits the above nippers.  If you are using another type of nipper, however, you may still want to obtain a nipper spring.  These may be ordered directly from the manufacturer by calling  406 222 1155.  The manufacturer has stated that in his next manufacturing "run" he will adjust the spring design to accommodate the Diamond brand nipper.  When this occurs, we will again carry the nipper spring.
