Ways to Order
On-line: Use our secure shopping cart to complete your order quickly and easily. After adding all desired items to your shopping cart, proceed to check-out. Or you may proceed to check-out at any time during your shopping by pressing the "View Cart" button found at the bottom of each item page. Please note that on occasion you may get an error message when attempting to place an order. This is generally because the internet systems are unusually busy. In most cases, if you hit the refresh button, or wait a short while and try again, the order will go through. Don't worry about pressing buttons more than once when you are completing your order. We have a real person (Holly, usually) processing orders who will notice if a duplicate order happens to occur. Your credit card is not charged automatically when you place the order, but charged by that same real person when your order is actually filled. If you made a mistake, or forgot to add an item when you placed your order, don't hesitate to send us a quick email to starforty@sbcglobal.net and we'll fix it up for you (e-mails are always checked prior to filling orders).
Important Note about on-line ordering: Your shipping charges (and applicable taxes if you are an AR resident) will not appear in your "Grand Total" when you check out, but will be added to your total based on the chart below. If we are out of stock, we will notify you usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order, with an update on the status of your order and expected ship date. In this situation, whenever possible, we try to ship the items we have in stock the next business day after receipt, and follow up with any back ordered item as soon as it becomes available.
We ship via either USPS or UPS, depending upon the total weight of your order. Heavier shipments generally are shipped via UPS ground. If you are in urgent need, we can ship either UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Just put this in remarks when you place your order. Important note: Please let us know if the address you are giving us is only valid for USPS or UPS delivery
Refunds: All our merchandise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please send us an email and we'll either fix the problem or give you instructions on how to return it for a refund.
